4. Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled by phone or text at (973) 705-7800. Butler Acupuncture Center operates on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 301 North Ave East, Cranford, NJ 07016.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future appointments.
5. Insurance and Payment
Butler Acupuncture Center is in-network with select insurance providers including Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and United Healthcare. Coverage varies by plan, and patients are responsible for verifying their benefits prior to treatment.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
